Happy Full Moon in Leo! This is a transformative full moon!
Leo is a loyal sign that’s not afraid to stand out, be seen and shine brightly. This moon is asking you to let go of hiding yourself or making yourself smaller to accomodate others.
Loyalty starts with being loyal to yourself and this moon is asking you to be just that whilst standing tall for who you are and brightly shining your light. This is not a time to stay small, the world needs your light.
We’re in a time that is highly stimulating on all fronts which can cause high stress and anxiety. Even if you don’t watch the news, you’ve cut of social media and you’ve isolated yourself from what’s happening in the world, the intense energy that is spreading across our planet right now will be felt by your nervous system.
I was feeling the imbalance of my nervous system and wanted to start this year healthier in body, mind and spirit and my go-to to balance my nervous system is the Kriya, The Stress Set for Adrenals and Kidneys which I am practising for 40 days.
This Kriya works strongly on the kidneys which hold fear and the adrenals which can become fatigued by constantly being in fight flight mode.
This Kriya provides powerful tools with breath work to clear through heavy energy, chanting to connect in, strong movement to break through what’s feeling stuck and stillness to allow the body to heal.
As I spoke about last week 40 days is a transformative time to create change and coupled with this Kriya a powerful way to have a total reset.
I’ll be teaching this Kriya this Tuesday to give your nervous system a taste of how quickly it works to balance you.
