I’m back from Bali and what an awesome holiday it was!

One of the highlights was receiving a healing and blessing from a High Priest in a small village north of Ubud.

We also spent time walking the beach, sitting by the pool and eating amazing food, so good!

It was Winter Solstice yesterday which is the shortest day of the year and when we plant the seeds to germinate and blossom for the Spring.

It’s a time to slow down and allow your being to rest as you prepare for the warmer months.

I always think of this line from the song The Rose at this time:

“Just remember in the winter far beneath the bitter snow, lies the seed with the suns love in the spring becomes the rose.”
