Welcome to April! How quick is this year flying!
It’s been quite a hectic start to the year for me, so much happening. In light of this I felt it was time to show myself some compassion and listen to my body which was showing its usual signs of exhaustion including sore muscles, unbalanced nervous system and fatigue and I decided to take some time off. So for the next two weeks Yogi Maya will be covering my Monday night class. I’m one of those people who historically doesn’t like to take time off until I hit burnout. It was such a relief when I made this decision to temporarily put down one of the many balls I am juggling at the moment and I knew it was the right decision to make.
