Happy Sunday! I’m so excited to share its official, as of Tuesday, 14 June at 6.30pm, I am bringing Kundalini Yoga back to Bondi Junction!
I’ve found a space at The Flying Yogis, above the RTA at 1/86 Ebley Street, Bondi Junction and I will also Zoom live classes out to those who can’t attend in studio. Parking is free after 6pm both on the street and in Westfield. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone!
This week we will be working on the 8th body in our series, The Pranic Body.
The Pranic Body is your life force and carries the imprint of your health and vitality.
It has a strong relationship with the physical body as this is what keeps your physical body alive.
Overcoming your fears is a big part of strengthening your pranic body. Fear will reduce its strength and you will notice this in the way your physical body responds with shallow breath, anxiety and panic.
Pranayama or breath work is the best way to overcome fear and strengthen the Pranic Body. Left and right nostril breath, alternate nostril breath, breath of fire and sitali breath are all great breaths to work on this body.
Pavan Guru is a beautiful mantra for the Pranic Body and a great one to chant when you’re feeling in need of an energy boost.

Monthly Stress and Vitality Workshop
Transport yourself to Bali in this beautiful studio with its Balinese garden outlook.
Each month I will share a beautiful Kundalini Yoga set to alleviate stress and anxiety and increase vitality followed by a long luxurious gong and sound bath. I have acquired a few more sound instruments including a singing bowl and an ocean drum to add to this beautiful sound symphony.

Winter Solstice Urban Retreat
Winter Solstice is a time of reflection of what has been and also a time to plant the seeds of what’s to come.
In this beautiful studio in Bondi with an outdoor space you will feel like you’re away on retreat whilst still at home. Think of it as a staycation retreat giving you a boost of rejuvenation.
