The sun is shining and we have a date time and place for our Yoga for humanity Workshop!

This workshop will be wonderful! We are bringing together beautiful people to use our energy and donations to support all those suffering on the planet.

All proceeds go to the Global Empowerment Mission https://www.globalempowermentmission.org/ who provide aid all over the world, anywhere that needs it indiscriminately, with dignity, respect, compassion and love.

Maya, Prue and myself will teach Kundalini Yoga, breath work, meditation and a long sound bath with at least two gongs, singing bowls and other magical instruments.

When: 1.00pm, Saturday, 6 September

Where: The Bay Room, 45 Bay Street, Double Bay and online!

Donation: $30 for in person and $20 for online.
