Welcome to Winter and Immune Boost!

Happy first day of winter! 

The weather has turned cold and it’s time to rug up!  As the weeks are getting cooler we’re also starting to see a lot more unwellness. Winter is a time to stay warm, keep the body healthy with hearty food and exercise and make sure even though we’re in the months of hibernation that you still head outside, move your body and connect with nature. 

This week we will work on a Kriya to help boost the immune system.  Winter and the cold causes the body to retract and this may also reduce the flow of energy through your energy channels which may impact the immune system.  This Kriya activates energy and regulates the nervous system, a big part of staying healthy.   

As much as it’s a time of stillness and staying on the couch it’s so important to keep your body moving to keep your energy channels flowing. 

To escape the cold I’m off to Bali next week so this week is my last class and Prue will teach the week after.  I’ll keep you posted on this.
