Summer Solstice is nearly here!!☀️

Prue and I are looking forward to holding a Summer Solstice Workshop both in person and online! 🙌

Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year and full of bright light.  It is the one day of the year the sun is at its peak, the energy is at its maximum and you can harness this to activate your dreams and goals. 

This is the ultimate doing energy and a time to celebrate and act on all the work you’ve done planting and nourishing your seeds for growth.  It’s a time to reap what you have sowed since last Summer! 💎

It is also about the light within you, so this year we want to also focus on all the light you cannot see but feel; compassion, kindness, love.  The light within each and every one of us that has the power to light up this world.

This workshop will include 

🧘transformative Kundalini Yoga

🧘meditation

🧘long yummy gong

🧘workshopping how can you spread your light

🧘chocolate!

When: Friday, 22 December, 6.30pm
