Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year, the one day of the year…
The Arc Line
Sat Nam,
This week we work on the sixth body in our Ten Body series the Arc Line.
The Arc Line is a long distance boundary system that protects and projects your energy.
Men and women have an Arc Line that is like a halo that runs from ear to ear and women have an extra Arc Line that runs from nipple to nipple that also helps bond with an infant.
The Arc Line is like a two way transmitter that allows you to both transmit information to and also receive information energetically from others. It helps you keep the bad ju ju out by warning the brain and it also gives others their energetic impression of you. Ever been walking down the street and see someone walk towards you looking perfectly normal but alarm bells ring that danger is approaching? That’s the Arc Line transmitting the other persons energy.
If the Arc Line is balanced it will work as a warning signal and also allow others to feel your energy. If unbalanced. you may not detect warning signs and may also give off unclear signals about yourself.
Practicing Kundalini Yoga regularly helps strengthen this transmitter. The Kirtan Kriya, the Wahe Guru Meditation and the So Darshan Chakra Kriya are great meditations to strengthen the Arc Line.
