The Third Eye 💜

Sat Nam,

Happy Mothers Day! ❤️

This week we are working on the sixth chakra, the third eye.

The third eye known as the Ajna is your sixth sense and sees all that is unseen by your other five senses.  It is located in the middle of your forehead at your brow point and is your intuition, inspiration and imagination.

When balanced It provides you with clear insight into your truth and the truth of a situation though a quiet voice, hairs raising on your neck, goosebumps, a gut feel or a strong pull towards or push away from something.

It is represented by Sat meaning great as it provides greatness through its enlightenment and the infinite possibility you can imagine through it.

Your third eye when out of balance may be hard to tap into as its voice is quiet and if you allow, it can be easily overrun by the loud voice of the ego. You may tend to ignore its insight and only follow your five senses which may be misleading and miss the truth of a situation.

Meditation and chanting are some of the best tools to balance the third eye.  Meditation quietens your mind and allows you to see the truth and it opens you up to the infinite world of possibility that you can see clearly though your third eye.  Chanting connects you to your soul which provides the third eye with its insight.

Dancing or any movement that frees you from the shackles of your mind is also good to connect you back into the universal flow which is where all possibility lies.

Your third eye is your infinite space of possibility and truth. It provides you with insight and as they say what you imagine through your third eye you can create into reality.
