The greatest love of all and Spring Equinox Workshop.

We’ve come to the end of our virtues series and this week we work on the greatest love of all, you. As far as virtues goes, this is what it’s all about.
Every virtue starts with you. If you want courage, patience, trust, forgiveness, gratitude kindness and love in your life your have to have them for yourself first.
For instance if you want to trust someone else you need to have trust in yourself first that you’ll make the right choices and stand with yourself. .
So in order to love you have to love you first and this is probably one of the hardest virtues to master. I know for years I found it hard to love myself. I didn’t have self worth or see my own beauty.
Through Kundalini Yoga I broke through the armour I’d wrapped around myself and unpeeled the layers to allow myself to be loved first by me, then by others and then to truely love others.
Love is unconditional and In order to truely love someone else unconditionally you have to love yourself unconditionally first. That means allowing yourself to be vulnerable, having patience with yourself, trusting yourself, forgiving yourself, showing yourself kindness, being grateful for you and having the courage to just be you.
As it has been said “the fact is there is nothing more beautiful, more worthy or more conscious than you.”

Spring Equinox is a time to blossom! It’s a time of stepping out growth and expansion and Bridget and I will be sharing a beautiful workshop to reflect just that!
