Patience Pays and Monthly Botannix Kundalini Yoga and Sound Bath

Sat Nam,

Patience Pays. ✨

I’ve been thinking a lot about the pressure of time and have been teaching the virtues of patience in class.

Winter is the season of patience as things slow down, we go inside, rest and replenish for the warmer months. It’s the season when we plant our seeds and allow them to germinate as we nourish them ready to blossom in the Spring.

Recently I’ve had some circumstances in my life change and I became impatient and started to put great pressure on myself to control the situation and fix them within my timeframe.  I could feel the resistance in my body and energy and I realised by being in resistance to the flow of the universe I was blocking what was meant for me.  I needed to let go of the control and allow and trust that what is meant for me will arrive when it’s meant to.

Needing something to happen in your time comes from the ego and time really is an illusion.  I always find it fascinating how an hour flight seems to take eons when an hour to get ready in the morning seems to fly by in a minute.

Time is finite and creates pressure because it takes us out of the energy of Grace.

Patience is infinite, comes from the heart, is the energy of Grace and allows space for what’s meant for you to unfold as it’s meant to.

In the energy of patience all possibilities lie and we allow the flow to trust that they will arrive when they are meant to.

Kundalini Yoga, breath work and meditation are great tools to bring you back into your heart and to teach patience.

This yoga will present you will challenging postures that will test your patience and through the practice of overcoming your ego and resistance on the mat, you learn to go with the flow of life.

The meditations and breath work are also designed to bring you into the flow of Grace and connect you into the collective consciousness of all possibility.

As the yogi saying goes, “You need million things. Million things will reach you if you are stable, established, firm, patient. Remember, Creator watches over you and Creation is ready to serve you, if you just be you.”
