This week we will start the Ten Bodies series in studio.
In a Kundalini Yoga we have one physical body, three minds and six energetic bodies.
The Soul Body

The Aura
The Pranic Body
The Subtle Body
The Radiant Body
This week we will work on the Soul Body. The Soul body is your Soul. Everyone has a Soul which is infinite light that connects us to the wisdom of the Universe and all that there was, all that there is and all that will be.
All our Souls are exactly the same but depending on where we are in life is how brightly our soul shines.
I love the story Dr Brian Weiss shares about the Soul in his book Many Lives Many Masters
He says to imagine the soul like a diamond with 1,000 Facets and we all have exactly the same diamond within us. Some of us have lots of those facets clean and clear so our light shines bright, others have more of their facets covered with gunk and dirt and their light is not so bright. It is your job on this earth journey to clear and clean your facets through growth and learning so your light shines through.
Think of Kundalini Yoga as housekeeping for your Soul. The Kriyas and meditation work like a broom sweeping away the dirt and gunk that may be stuck to the facets of your diamond allowing your light to shine.
Your Soul Body is all that is within you, it is your wisdom, your Guru and your light.

Starting this week my regular evening class with move from Thursday 6.30pm to Wednesday 6.30pm.
Great news, many of you have asked me for a Saturday morning class and as of 7 May I will be starting a regular Saturday morning class at 9.45am at My Asana. I’ll update you all closer to the time.
