The Positive Mind

How did everyone enjoy the partial Lunar Eclipse on Friday? It was the longest eclipse in 500 years and sat in Taurus so was pretty powerful!
This week we will work on the third body, The Positive Mind.
This mind doesn’t kick in as easily as the negative mind and for some people takes work.
Think of this mind like your cheer squad. It’s the mind that looks at all the reasons why you should do something and cheers you on.
When in balance you look on the bright side of life and see the positives in each decision you make. It allows you to enjoy life and be excited and enthusiastic about what you do.
When out of balance you may be overrun by the negative mind so you can’t see the positives.
On the other end of the spectrum you are so positive that you have no boundaries, see the positive in very risky situations and make bad decisions that can cause you harm, for example investing in an internet scammer.
Where the Negative Mind puts the hand brake on, the Positive Mind is go go go, is a doing energy and has a can do this attitude.

Bridget and I are excited to share we will be holding a Summer Solstice Activation Workshop both in person and online!
Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year. It is the one day of the year the sun is at its peak and the energy is at its maximum and you can harness this to activate your dreams and goals. This is the ultimate doing energy and a time to celebrate and act on all the work you’ve done planting and nourishing your seeds for growth. It’s a time to reap what you have sowed.
This workshop will include transformative Kundalini Yoga, meditation, long yummy gong, workshopping your dreams and a beautiful hamper filled with delightful goodies including a journal and a crystal.
When: Wednesday, 22 December, 6-9pm
