The Neutral Mind

This week we work on the Neutral Mind. 

This is a quiet and wise mind that displays objectivity, compassion and service. 

This mind does not takes sides, have an opinion or judge.  Its job is to observe the situation from a completely neutral perspective, weigh up the information given by the Positive and Negative Minds and and give you the truth of a situation. 

The Neutral mind is not as easy to hear as the Positive and Negative minds and can be drowned out by their chatter if you’re not in tune with it. 

It is said that a strong Neutral Mind will give you its evaluation within 9 seconds.  If you are not in tune with your Neutral Mind you will be someone who can’t make decisions quickly or at all.   You will get caught up in the fight between the Positive and Negative Minds swaying your decision from one to the other getting caught up in a roller coaster of emotions.

This mind is also known as the meditative mind and meditation is one of the best tools to connect into its voice.  

This is the most important of the three minds as it will give you your truth and through its wisdom finds the blessing in all you experience, good and bad.

What’s on in yoga! 

Bridget and I are excited to share we will be holding a Summer Solstice Activation Workshop both in person and online!

Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year.  It is the one day of the year the sun is at its peak, the energy is at its maximum and you can harness this to activate your dreams and goals.  This is the ultimate doing energy and a time to celebrate and act on all the work you’ve done planting and nourishing your seeds for growth.  It’s a time to reap what you have sowed.

This workshop will include transformative Kundalini Yoga, meditation, long yummy gong, workshopping your dreams and a beautiful hamper filled with delightful goodies including a journal and a crystal.
