Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year, the one day of the year…
Winter Solstice Immersion Workshop
Sat Nam,
How beautiful and freezing is this winter weather! I’m loving that it’s snowing in parts of NSW and I’m so enjoying the downtime to snuggle and reflect.
That’s what winter’s about, going within, reflecting and planting seeds to blossom in Spring.
On Monday, 21 June we have Winter Solstice. This is the shortest day of the year and also marks the official beginning of winter.
We are taught to celebrate and give reverence to Solstices and Equinox change of seasons as they mark a new cycle in nature and as we are a part of nature it’s also a new cycle for us.
To celebrate Bess @the_bess_life and I will be holding a Solstice Kundalini Yoga and Sound bath Immersion on the eve of Solstice.
We will begin our immersion with the magical warmth of a Cacau Ceremony to open your hearts and set your intentions.
This will be followed by a beautiful heart centred Kundalini Yoga set and meditation to open your flow to all possibility.
We will close with a luxurious instrumental sound bath including crystal bowls and gong.
When: 1.00pm-4.00pm Sunday, 20 June
Where: My Asana Yoga, 1 Norton Avenue, Vaucluse
Investment: $80
