Kundalini Yoga is my medicine! And workshops and Radiant Body Retreat!

Happy Sunday and what a beautiful Sunday it is!

As many of you may know I have suffered from anxiety and panic attacks for big part of my life, when I came to the point some years ago where I couldn’t even get on a bus for fear of having a panic attack.

Kundalini Yoga changed all that and it continues to be my medicine.

This last week was a bit full on for me with some personal stuff happening and I could feel the anxiety creeping in.  When this happens like upping an antidepressant, I up my yoga.

Yesterday morning was particularly bad so I decided to do the Stress Set for Adrenals and Kidneys.

The kidneys hold fear and the adrenals move adrenalin through the body so when these two are out of balance it can cause anxiety and fatigue.  The Kriyas that work on these areas are usually strong with a lot of breath and movement to shake things up.  

The result for me was all this emotion came up not only for what has been happening this week but also stuff from years ago that still needed releasing. 

Afterwards I felt quite fragile for a few hours but towards the afternoon as everything settled I felt balanced and today I awoke feeling good.

Kundalini Yoga Kriyas are powerful!  They shift energy blocks to create flow.  Even after 10 years of practicing this yoga I’m still blown away at how transformative this yoga is and how quickly it transforms.

My Ten Bodies Ten Week series is a only a few weeks away and I’ve had lots of interest which is exciting!  

We’ve created a booking link with a PayPal link to make it easy for you to book in advance for one class at a tile or the whole series if you like.  You are also welcome show up on the night but please be aware we are restricted in numbers with Covid.

Each body plays a very important part in your well-being.  As you begin to work on each body you will gain an understanding of the role they play in your life.

Every week we will devote each class to exploring a body through specific Kriyas (sets) and meditations that are designed to explore each body as you balance and elevate your energy channels. 

It will be a beautiful experience as you become more aware of how your energy moves through you and you develop a deeper relationship with yourself.
