I’m excited to share I will be starting a ten week series on the Ten Bodies at the Bay Room in Double Bay starting May 4th (May the Force be with you!😀)
In Kundalini Yoga we have Ten Bodies:
The Soul Body
The Negative Mind
The Positive Mind
The Neutral Mind
The Physical Body
The Arc Line
The Aura
The Pranic Body
The Subtle Body and
The Radiant Body
Each body plays a very important part in your well-being. As you begin to work on each body you will gain an understanding of the role they play in your life.
Every week we will devote our class to exploring a body through specific Kriyas (sets) and meditations that are designed to explore each body and balance and elevate your energy channels.
It will be a beautiful experience as you become more aware of how your energy moves through you and you develop a deeper relationship with yourself.
