The Radiant Body and The Radiant Body Retreat!

How good has the weather been!! I’m loving my early morning swims!
This week will be my first week back teaching after a good break over Christmas and New Year and to start I will be teaching the final body in our ten body series the Radiant Body.
The Radiant Body is the light of your soul and is described as the band of light that sits on top of the Aura. It is your grace shining through.
The cleaner your energy the more vibrant your radiant Body. Sattvic food (this is food that’s light, easily digestible and doesn’t deplete your energy), lots of yoga, wearing white, spending time in nature, being aware of what energy you digest through news, social media and the company you keep are some ways to increase your radiance.
I always use the The Dalai Lama as a great example of someone with a strong Radiant Body. He is humble, vibrant and has grace. He lights up a room and most people no matter how into his teachings are drawn to him.
