How’s this beautiful weather! I have been lapping up sunning and swimming and it feels fantastic!
This week we are working on the fourth body, and the third of our mental minds, The Neutral Mind.
The way the three minds work, The Negative Mind is the first mind that kicks in to assess the risk of a situation, then the The Positive Mind shows all possibility to move forward and finally The Neutral Mind is your voice of reason presenting the truth. Read on in link.
The Neutral Mind doesn’t have an opinion, it doesn’t judge, it’s not swayed by others, it doesn’t influence, it doesn’t justify, it just sees the truth.
The Neutral Mind is strongly connected to your heart and your third eye. It is your meditative mind that uses all information presented to it to weigh up a conclusion.
It doesn’t come with anxiety or excitement, it’s the quiet voice that brings peace of mind as it whispers the truth of a situation.
Meditation is one of the best tools to get in touch with the neutral mind. It quietens the chatter of your other minds so you are able to hear The Neutral Mind’s truth.
Start a practice of meditating three minutes a day and in the quiet listen to what your Neutral Mind has to say, it will never lead you astray.

Summer is just around the corner and this weekend is giving us a real taster!
Summer energy is active, alive and vital. With the year we’ve had that predominantly involved stopping or slowing right down this energy will bring with it a feeling of renewal and a boost to get you moving.
To harness this powerful energy, On December 6 from 12.30pm – 3.00pm at Sydney Yoga Collective Bridget and I will be holding our Summer Activation Workshop.
In this workshop we will be exploring what desires you have that nourish you and how to activate them into your everyday life.
There will be Kundalini Yoga, meditation, workshopping and delicious long gong.
Summer is a time of doing and this workshop is all about taking action.

I am also so excited for our beautiful radiant body retreat from 12-14 March on a magnificent property in Matcham on the Central Coast.
This is not just a yoga retreat, this is an opportunity to nurture and treat yourself. This property boasts 5 acres of beautiful grounds to just be.
