Keep up and you’ll be kept up.
Sat nam,
For the last few weeks I haven’t been keeping up. I’ve been so busy with work and other things in my life my plate is overflowing!
As I’ve been taking more and more in, the thing I’ve been forgoing is my usual practice of Kundalini Yoga and I could feel it! ?
I wasn’t sleeping well, I was tired, I was feeling overwhelmed on the verge of a panic attack and my energetic foundation that holds me up was becoming wobbly.
Kundalini Yoga is my antidepressant. When I don’t take my medicine I feel it.
So I committed this week to get my butt back to class and OMG the change that was so quick is amazing and it reminded me how powerful this yoga is! As I was in some challenging postures I could feel my body tremble on every exhale as my nervous system readjusted itself.
The results, I slept through the night, I am feeling way less overwhelmed and I feel energised! ?
This yoga is powerful and I love it! I practice it and teach it because I have first hand experience of it’s amazing affects. I’ve watched my students and clients transform and I want everyone to benefit from it!
