Happy New Year and welcome to the 20s!

This year in Tantric Numerology is a 4 year which based on the Kundalini Ten Bodies is the Neutral Mind.  The Neutral Mind sees things as it is with no opinion or judgement.  It’s a mind of ease and peace and being a 4 years this year should start to ease the pressure of last years 3 year which was a year of pushing towards what you want.

Give yourself the time this year to sit and be with what is.  It’s a beautiful time to slow down on action and allow things to come naturally rather than trying to make things happen.

In Australia our start to the year has come with much trauma as much of our country is burning causing so much devastation, the tragic loss of lives, loss of a huge number of our beautiful animals, loss of homes and livelihood.

I am heartbroken by the destruction and loss these bushfires have caused and am pleased to share as a collective, Soul Glow Yoga want to do something to help support those in need at this terrible time.

We will be holding a yoga fundraiser for the bushfires and all proceeds from this event will be donated to the RURAL FIRE SERVICE.

Our teachers are coming together to teach a smorgasbord of yoga including :

?‍♀️Yin Yoga

?‍♀️Healing meditation and

?‍♀️Gong

Nalini’s Vegan restaurant have offered to donate some of their delicious food and we will have Chai and community time afterward.
