Question for you… what’s your superpower❓
One of mine is resolve, so last week week in class we worked on strengthen our resolve.
When I was young I was described by one of my friends as a house cat ?because I always land on my feet and I realised I do. Somehow I find the resolve to keep moving forward even through the toughest of times and I have Kundalini Yoga ?♀️to thank for building that resolve within me.
When I have to hold my arms up for ten minutes or chant for 2.5 hours, or do 54 double leg lifts or frogs, all these challenges strengthen my resolve on the mat which help me out in life. ???
I’ve always described Kundalini Yoga as my gym for life because it is. It works on my mind, body, soul and energy and provides me with the tools I need to deal with all life throws my way.
Resolve is like a muscle ?and needs to be worked otherwise it can become weak and I commit to my practice to keep it strong and the stronger it is, the easier it is for me to commit to my practice, so it’s a win win! ?
Naval exercises are the best way to strengthen resolve because resolve power comes from the naval.???
If you would like to strengthen yours I recommend the Nabhi Kriya! This is the best Kriya to work the naval and it works strongly on commitment, motivation and endurance all traits needed for a strong resolve.
