This week we have awesome news, Soul Flow Yoga has been bought by one of our wonderful students Sonya and her business partner Chibs and will be staying open yoga as usual.

Here’s and introduction from Sonya:

When I came across kundalini after years of trying different kinds of yoga, it captured my imagination and I instantly knew it would fulfil the balance I was looking for with physical exercise and deep meditation. After busy days working in photography and Tv industry, the occasional venture into class became an essential part of my life.

I enjoyed stepping up my practice with the discipline of becoming a kundalini yoga teacher, which allows me to share the knowledge of the physical and spiritual aspects of each class and meditation.

I’ve found that kundalini appeals to an amazing cross section of society. With the previous studio closures, the eastern suburbs collective has had a difficult time maintaining momentum within our community. So my aim for the future is to keep us together, learning, growing, thriving and sharing.

Business will continue to run as usual including current memberships and class passes, with their current expiry dates and terms and conditions. Kundalini, Naam and Yin Yoga and meditation classes will continue and the studio ethos will be much the same. Enza plans to continue teaching classes and workshops at Soul Flow when she returns in October as an active Soul Flow team member.

This is such good news and I’m so excited for this next step in Soul Flow’s journey. I’m also so grateful to Enza, Vanessa and Alex for all the amazing work they have done to build the studio and community to where it is today. This was done with such love and commitment and the results speak for themselves.
