Strengthening the immune system

Sat Nam from Jervis Bay and the last day of level two teacher training!

It’s been an intense and very interesting week learning about conscious communication. I’m going to need some time to absorb and integrate all that I’ve learnt but suffice to say I’ve become much more aware of how I communicate and present myself to the world.

As we enter Autumn, this week in my classes I’ll be teaching a Kriya to strengthen the immune system and prepare our bodies to resist illness that the change of season can bring.  I find the more I prepare my body now as Autumn starts to kick in,the more I ward off  the coughs, colds and other ailments of winter.

I’ll also be covering some of Enza’s classes whilst she’s away at level one teacher training so my classes at Soul Flow Yoga this week are:

7.15pm Tuesday
12.15pm Wednesday (cover for Enza)
9.30am Thursday
5.15pm Thursday (cover for Enza)
