Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year, the one day of the year…
Welcome Autumn!
Sat Nam,
I can’t believe it’s already autumn, seems like only yesterday that summer had arrived.
I love autumn, it’s one of my favourite seasons. I love the colours of the leaves, the change in temperature giving us cooler days and nights and the feeling of letting go. The seasons teach me so much about the cycles of life and autumn for me is a time for slowing down after the hectic times of summer, staying healthy with good food and exercise and like the deciduous trees, letting go of what no longer serves me to make way for new growth.
The change in season can also affect our health with coughs and colds and a great Kriya to do to boost the immune system at this time is the Kriya for Disease resistance. Here’s a link to the Kriya if you’d like to try it at home:

How do you feel about Autumn? What does it bring to you?
