The Third Eye, New Moon on Halloween, Farewell to Karen and Welcome Sarab Shakti Kaur (Tracey)
This week we enter the Sixth Chakra, The Third Eye (Ajna).
The Third Eye is our intuition. It’s our sixth sense and makes us aware of things our other five senses don’t pick up. Have there been times when everything looks great from the outside but something tells you things are not so great or vice versa things are looking dismal but something tells you it will be ok? Have you met someone and although they appear friendly something tells you to be wary. This is our third eye seeing the unseen.
“Ajna” means “to command”. Through the sixth chakra and pituitary gland we can master our minds. The third eye allows us to have a clear perception of our reality so we can fully understand our purpose in life. When our sixth chakra connection is strong, we have a reliable intuition and can see the unseen. Some people may experience visions and clairvoyance. On the other end of this spectrum, when we are disconnected from the third eye and our intuition, we can feel confused and depressed. Our mind seems “out of control” and we have a hard time focusing on any one thing. We may also hide behind intellectual analysis and reject spirituality.” Akalijas Kaur Medley

On Monday night we have a new moon falling on Halloween. This is quite auspicious as the Pagans believe Halloween is when the veils of our world and the spirit world is at its thinnest and a new moon is new beginnings, so this will be a very powerfully energetic evening! On Monday night at 7.00pm, Adette will be teaching a special New Moon Class focussed on intuition to harness this awesome energy.
This week we say farewell to Karen who has been teaching our Thursday night class and we welcome Sarab Shakti Kaur (Tracey) who will take over the class.
On behalf of everyone at Its All Good Kundalini, we would like to thank Karen for bringing her vibrant energy into our mix of classes. She will be now focussing on her two businesses and we wish her all the best and know she will put that effervescent energy into all her endeavours.
Sarab Shakti Kaur is a great teacher who will be teaching classes focussed on going deeper into the basics of the Kundalini teachings which will especially suit those new to the practice.
Classes this week:
Monday 7.00pm – Adette
Tuesday 7.00pm – Maya
Thursday 7.00pm – Sarab Shakti Kaur
Friday 7.15am – Bartek
